Abstract:
(EN) A detection light generation element 1 is provided with: an optical waveguide 4; a grating section 5A configured from grooves periodically formed in the optical waveguide 4; and a cladding section 3, which is in contact with the optical waveguide 4, and is formed of a material having a refractive index that is lower than that of the material of the optical waveguide 4. Propagation light propagating in the optical waveguide 4 is diffracted by means of the grating section 5A, and the propagation light is outputted to a plurality of different directions as diffracted light A1-A5.
(FR) Un élément de génération de lumière 1 de détection est pourvu : d'un guide d'ondes optique 4; d'une section de réseau 5A configurée à partir de rainures formées périodiquement dans le guide d'ondes optique; et d'une section de gainage 3, qui est en contact avec le guide d'onde optique 4 et formé d'un matériau ayant un indice de réfraction qui est inférieur à celui du matériau du guide d'onde optique 4. La lumière de propagation se propageant dans le guide d'ondes optique 4 est diffractée au moyen de la section de réseau 5A, et la lumière de propagation est délivrée à une pluralité de directions différentes sous la forme d'une lumière diffractée A1-A5.
(JA) 検知光発生素子1は、光導波路4、光導波路4に周期的に形成された溝からなるグレーティング部5A、および光導波路4に接し、光導波路4の材質の屈折率よりも低い屈折率を有する材質からなるクラッド部3を備える。光導波路4を伝搬する伝搬光をグレーティング部5Aで回折させ、伝搬光を回折光A1~A5として互いに異なる複数の方向へと向かって出射させる。
