Abstract:
(EN) A solar cell (100) has a first conductive region and a second conductive region on a second principal surface of a rectangular semiconductor substrate having a first principal surface and the second principal surface. In the first-direction center region (YC) of the semiconductor substrate, belt-like first conductive regions (111) extending in a first direction and belt-like second conductive regions (112) extending in the first direction are alternately arranged along a second direction. In the first-direction end regions (YE1, YE2), belt-like first conductive regions (116a, 118a) extending in the second direction and a belt-like second conductive region (117a) extending in the second direction are alternately arranged along the first direction, and at least two first conductive regions are arranged along the first direction.
