Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a wear testing device that makes it possible to simply ascertain the relative wear resistances of a plurality of rubber samples. This wear testing device has a plurality of holding parts 3 on which rubber samples S1, S2 are held. The rubber samples S1, S2 held by each of the holding parts 3 are simultaneously and independently adhered to the circumferential surface of a rotating rotation body 4 through pressing by a pressing mechanism 5. The wear debris R of each of the rubber samples S1, S2 that is produced at that time is made to fall downward, and the amounts of the wear debris R from each of the samples are compared.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de test d'usure qui permet de déterminer simplement les résistances à l'usure relative d'une pluralité d'échantillons de caoutchouc. Ce dispositif de test d'usure comporte une pluralité de parties de maintien (3) sur lesquelles des échantillons de caoutchouc (S1, S2) sont maintenus. Les échantillons de caoutchouc (S1, S2) maintenus par chacune des parties de maintien (3) sont simultanément et indépendamment collés à la surface circonférentielle d'un corps de rotation rotatif (4) par pression au moyen d'un mécanisme de pression (5). Les débris d'usure (R) de chacun des échantillons de caoutchouc (S1, S2) qui sont produits à ce moment sont amenés à tomber vers le bas et les quantités de débris d'usure (R) provenant de chacun des échantillons sont comparées.
(JA) 簡便に複数のゴムサンプルの相対的な耐摩耗性を把握することができる摩耗試験装置を提供する。ゴムサンプルS1、S2が保持される複数の保持部3を有して、それぞれの保持部3に保持されているゴムサンプルS1、S2を、回転している回転体4の円周面に対して、圧着機構5によって独立して同時に圧着させた状態にして、その際に生じるそれぞれのゴムサンプルS1、S2の摩耗カスRを下方に落下させて、それぞれの摩耗カスRの量を相対比較する。
