Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a honeycomb structure body that can prevent leaching of catalyst slurry to an outer skin part thereof at the time of wash coating carrying a catalyst; a honeycomb structure type catalyst that can ensure air permeability of the outer skin part and has no cracking when being used as a gasoline particulate filter (GPF); and manufacturing methods therefor. This honeycomb structure body for manufacturing a catalyst has a resin composition on the outer skin part of a honeycomb base member that comprises: a porous partition forming a plurality of cells; and a porous outer skin part. The honeycomb structure body is characterized in that the outer skin and the partition of the honeycomb base member are made of materials of the same quality and have a porosity of not less than 50%, and the resin composition is impregnated into pores over the entirety of the outer skin and the impregnation depth is equivalent to the outer skin thickness, or a part of the resin composition is impregnated more deeply than the outer skin thus reaching a cell partition.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un corps de structure en nid d'abeilles qui peut empêcher la lixiviation d'une suspension de catalyseur sur une partie de la surface externe de celui-ci au moment du revêtement de lavage portant un catalyseur; un catalyseur de type à structure en nid d'abeilles qui peut assurer la perméabilité à l'air de la partie de la surface externe et ne présente pas de fissuration lorsqu'il est utilisé en tant que filtre à particules d'essence (GPF); et des procédés de fabrication correspondants. Ce corps de structure en nid d'abeilles pour fabriquer un catalyseur a une composition de résine sur la partie de la surface externe d'un élément de base en nid d'abeilles qui comprend : une cloison poreuse formant une pluralité de cellules; et une partie de surface externe poreuse Le corps de structure en nid d'abeilles est caractérisé en ce que la surface externe et la paroi de séparation de l'élément de base en nid d'abeilles sont constituées de matériaux de même qualité et ont une porosité d'au moins 50 %, et la composition de résine est imprégnée dans des pores sur la totalité de la surface externe et la profondeur d'imprégnation est équivalente à l'épaisseur de surface externe, ou une partie de la composition de résine est imprégnée plus profondément que la surface externe atteignant ainsi une partition de cellule.
(JA) 触媒を担持するウォッシュコート時に触媒スラリーが外皮部分に浸出することを防止できるハニカム構造体、ガソリンパティキュレートフィルター(GPF)として使用する際には外皮部分の通気性を確保できクラックの発生がないハニカム構造型触媒および製造方法を提供する。 複数のセルを形成する多孔質の隔壁と多孔質の外皮部分からなるハニカム基材の外皮部分に樹脂組成物を有する触媒製造用のハニカム構造体において、前記ハニカム基材の外皮と隔壁が同質材料で形成されており、気孔率が50%以上であって、前記樹脂組成物は、外皮全域の細孔内に含浸し、かつ含浸深さが外皮厚みに相当するか、樹脂組成物の一部が外皮より深く含浸してセル隔壁まで達していることを特徴とするハニカム構造体などによる。
