Abstract:
(EN) This surface coating cutting tool comprises a base material and a coating film formed on the base material. The coating film includes an α-Al2O3 layer. The α-Al2O3 layer contains multiple α-Al2O3 crystal grains and chlorine, and the TC (006) of the α-Al2O3 layer is greater than 5 in an orientation index TC (hkl). The α-Al2O3 layer includes a lower layer positioned, in the thickness direction thereof, at the base material side and an upper layer positioned at a side opposite to the base material side. The lower layer has a thickness of 1.0 μm and the upper layer has a thickness of 0.5 μm or larger. The chlorine has a concentration distribution in which the atom concentration CCl of the chlorine decreases, in the thickness direction of the lower layer, toward a direction away from the base material side.
(FR) Outil de coupe à revêtement de surface comprenant un matériau de base et un film de revêtement formé sur le matériau de base. Le film de revêtement comprend une couche de α-Al2O3. La couche de α-Al2O3 contient de multiples grains cristallins de α-Al2O3 et du chlore, et le TC (006) de la couche de α-Al2O3 est supérieur à 5 dans un indice d'orientation TC (hkl). La couche de α-Al2O3 comprend une couche inférieure positionnée, dans le sens de l'épaisseur de celle-ci, sur le côté matériau de base et une couche supérieure positionnée sur un côté opposé au côté matériau de base. La couche inférieure présente une épaisseur de 1,0 µm et la couche supérieure présente une épaisseur de 0,5 µm ou plus. Le chlore a une distribution de concentration dans laquelle la concentration atomique CCl du chlore diminue, dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la couche inférieure, vers une direction s'éloignant du côté matériau de base.
(JA) 表面被覆切削工具は、基材と該基材上に形成された被膜とを備え、前記被膜は、α-Al23層を含み、前記α-Al23層は、複数のα-Al23の結晶粒と塩素とを含み、かつ配向性指数TC(hkl)においてTC(006)が5を超え、前記α-Al23層は、その厚み方向において基材側に位置する下部層と、前記基材側と反対側に位置する上部層とを含み、前記下部層は、1.0μmの厚みを有し、前記上部層は、0.5μm以上の厚みを有し、前記塩素は、前記下部層の厚み方向において、前記基材側から遠ざかる方向にその原子濃度CClが減少する濃度分布を有する。
