[Problem] To prevent gas refrigerant leaks due to a heat exchanger freezing and provide efficient drainage during defrosting operation in an outdoor unit while ensuring maintenance serviceability. [Solution] An air conditioning device provided with: an indoor unit that has an indoor heat exchanger functioning as a condenser during heating operation and as an evaporator during defrosting operation; and an outdoor unit that has a compressor to compress and discharge refrigerant, an outdoor heat exchanger functioning as an evaporator during heating operation and as a condenser during defrosting operation, and a channel switching device to switch so that refrigerant from compressor flows to either of the indoor heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger in accordance with the heating operation or the defrosting operation. The outdoor unit is provided with a bypass circuit that connects to a heat transfer tube disposed at the bottom of the outdoor heat exchanger and that supplies refrigerant from the compressor, and a drain pan that is disposed in a gap under the outdoor heat exchanger. The drain pan is formed to be long in the layer direction of fins of the outdoor heat exchanger and formed from a discharge channel that inclines down from one end in the long direction toward the other end, right and left side walls that sandwich the discharge channel, and an inclined portion that inclines down from the side wall portions toward the discharge channel.
