Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing steel Cheese Tubes/Jumbo Tubes/Pipes for woven‐sacks and Cops/Bobbins/Pirns for synthetic yarn. In process of present invention, strip of basic steel grade (SAE 1020, SAE 1026, ST 52, ST 52.3, SAE 1541 and MC 11 and similar or equivalent grades.) is selected as feed stock. The strip undergoes forming process to form steel Tube/Pipe and faying edges of said steel Tube/Pipe are welded through electrical resistance welding (ERW). Thereafter, ERW tube/Pipe is straightened on hyperbolic Tube/Pipe straightening machine. The straightened Tube/Pipe is hardened by induction hardening at 900 °C‐950 °C to achieve enhanced tensile strength and improved elongation to withstand the pressure exerted on steel Cheese Tubes/Jumbo Tubes/Pipes during winding of flat tape yarn for woven sacks and Cops/Bobbins/Pirns during winding of Nylon (Polyamide) and Polyester synthetic yarn. Thereafter, the Tube/Pipe is optionally subjected to coating particularly for cheese tube/pipe and jumbo tube/pipe.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de tubes/tuyaux de bobinage en acier pour des sacs tissés et de canettes/bobines pour fil synthétique. Dans le procédé de la présente invention, un feuillard d'acier de nuance ordinaire (SAE 1020, SAE 1026, ST 52, ST 52,3, SAE 1541 et MC 11 et des nuances similaires ou équivalents) est choisi en tant que charge d'alimentation. Le feuillard est soumis à un processus de formage pour former un tube/tuyau en acier et des bords irréguliers dudit tube/tuyau en acier sont soudés par soudage par résistance électrique (ERW). Le tube/tuyau ERW est ensuite redressé sur une machine de redressement de tube/tuyau hyperbolique. Le tube/tuyau redressé est durci par durcissement par induction à une température de 900 °C à 950 °C pour obtenir une résistance à la traction améliorée et un allongement amélioré, de façon à résister à la pression exercée sur des tubes/tuyaux de bobinage pendant l'enroulement d'un fil plat pour sacs tissés et des canettes/bobines pendant l'enroulement d'un fil synthétique en nylon (polyamide) et polyester. Le tube/tuyau est éventuellement soumis à un revêtement, en particulier le tube/tuyau de bobinage.
