Abstract:
(EN) Systems and methods for separating effluent from a propane dehydrogenation reactor to recover propylene are disclosed. The systems and methods involve using turbo-expanders in a cooling process that does not cool below -140 °C and may also use a de-ethanizer unit to remove ethane and components more volatile than ethane from propylene streams.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour séparer un effluent d'un réacteur de déshydrogénation de propane pour récupérer du propylène. Les systèmes et les procédés impliquent l'utilisation de turbo-détendeurs dans un procédé de refroidissement qui ne refroidit pas au-dessous de -140 °C et peuvent également utiliser une unité de dééthaniseur pour éliminer l'éthane et des composants plus volatils que l'éthane à partir de flux de propylène.
