Abstract:
(EN) A flushing bypass system, particularly for use in a district or communal heating system, has a primary circuit (2) capable of supplying heat to a secondary circuit (10), the secondary circuit normally supplying heating through radiators (11) and/or hot water from tank (14) for occupants. The primary circuit has a furcated strainer (3) upstream from at least one heat exchanger and a limb of the furcated strainer is connected to a heat exchanger bypass assembly. The bypass assembly comprises a valve (21), which may be a timer valve, a manual valve or a smart valve, having an input (20) connected to the furcated strainer and an output (24) connected back into the primary circuit downstream of the heat exchanger. When the valve (21) is closed fluid passes through the furcated strainer to the heat exchanger and when the valve is open, fluid bypasses the heat exchanger and flushes contaminants from the furcated strainer back to the primary circuit downstream of the heat exchanger.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de dérivation de rinçage, en particulier destiné à être utilisé dans un système de chauffage urbain ou collectif, comprenant un circuit primaire (2) capable de fournir de la chaleur à un circuit secondaire (10), le circuit secondaire fournissant normalement un chauffage par le biais de radiateurs (11) et/ou de l'eau chaude provenant d'un réservoir (14) pour les occupants. Le circuit primaire comprend une crépine fourchue (3) en amont d'au moins un échangeur de chaleur et un membre de la crépine fourchue est raccordé à un ensemble de dérivation d'échangeur de chaleur. L'ensemble de dérivation comprend une soupape (21), qui peut être une soupape de temporisation, une soupape manuelle ou une soupape intelligente, comprenant une entrée (20) raccordée à la crépine fourchue et une sortie (24) raccordée en retour dans le circuit primaire en aval de l'échangeur de chaleur. Lorsque la soupape (21) est fermée, un fluide traverse la crépine fourchue vers l'échangeur de chaleur et lorsque la soupape est ouverte, le fluide contourne l'échangeur de chaleur et évacue par rinçage les contaminants de la crépine fourchue vers le circuit primaire en aval de l'échangeur de chaleur.
