Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a separating device (1) for fluid-collecting sumps, in particular of filter or water separators, comprising a line pipe (10) which has a connection opening (11) and an outlet opening (12), wherein the line pipe (10) is equipped with a flow restrictor (20), a phase detection sensor (30) for detecting a phase boundary (G) between a light fluid (F1) and a heavy fluid (F2), and an electronically actuatable outlet valve (40) between the phase detection sensor (30) and the outlet opening (12). The outlet valve (40) is actuated by a regulating device (45) such that the outlet valve (40) is brought from an open position into a closed position when a phase boundary (G) is detected by the phase detection sensor (30). The invention additionally relates to fluid container devices (100) comprising a fluid-collecting sump (101) and such a separating device (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de séparation (1) pour carters collecteurs de fluide, en particulier de séparateurs d'eau ou de séparateurs à filtre, comprenant un conduit (10) qui comporte une ouverture de raccordement (11) et une ouverture de sortie (12), un limiteur de débit (20), un capteur de détection de phase (30) servant à la détection d'une limite de phase (G) entre un fluide léger (F1) et un fluide lourd (F2) étant disposés dans le conduit (10) et une soupape d'évacuation (40) pouvant être actionnée électroniquement étant disposée entre le capteur de détection de phase (30) et l'ouverture de sortie (12), la soupape d'évacuation (40) étant commandée à l'aide d'un dispositif de régulation (45) de telle sorte que la soupape d'évacuation (40) est amenée d'une position d'ouverture à une position de fermeture lors de la détection d'une limite de phase (G) à l'aide du capteur de détection de phase (30). (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abscheidungsvornchtung (1) für Fluidsammelsümpfe, insbesondere von Filter- oder Wasserabscheidern, mit einem Leitungsrohr (10), das eine Anschlussöffnung (11) und eine Ablassöffnung (12) aufweist, wobei in dem Leitungsrohr (10) ein Durchflussbegrenzer (20), ein Phasendetektionssensor (30) zur Detektion einer Phasengrenze (G) zwischen einem leichten Fluid (F1) und einem schweren Fluid (F2), sowie zwischen dem Phasendetektionssensor (30) und der Ablassöffnung (12) ein elektronisch betätigbares Ablassventil (40) angeordnet sind, wobei das Ablassventil (40) derart mit einer Regeleinrichtung (45) angesteuert ist, dass das Ablassventil (40) bei der Detektion einer Phasengrenze (G) mit dem Phasendetektionssensor (30) von einer Offenstellung in eine Geschlossenstellung gebracht wird. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung Fluidbehältereinrichtungen (100) mit einem Fluidsammelsumpf (101) und einer solchen Abscheidungsvornchtung (1).
