Abstract:
(EN) A flexible electronic device includes a flexible electronic circuit and a flexible microfluidic sensor homogeneously integrated into the flexible circuit. The flexible sensor includes a flexible microfluidic structure, a material fluid, a second material, and an electrode arrangement. At least one of the first and second materials is a fluid. The structure defines at least one microfluidic chamber. The first and second fluids are disposed in the chamber. The second fluid has a physical property and an electrical property different from the first fluid. The electrode arrangement includes at least one pair of electrodes spaced apart from each other with at least a portion of the at least one chamber located functionally directly therebetween such that at least one electronic property measured across the pair is based on a relationship between the second fluid and pair. The relationship between is based on a physical condition of the microfluidic structure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique flexible comprenant un circuit électronique flexible et un capteur microfluidique flexible intégré de manière homogène au circuit flexible. Le capteur flexible comprend une structure microfluidique flexible, un fluide matériau, un second matériau et un agencement d'électrodes. Le premier et/ou le second matériau est un fluide. La structure définit au moins une chambre microfluidique. Les premier et second fluides sont disposés dans la chambre. Le second fluide possède une propriété physique et une propriété électrique différentes du premier fluide. L'agencement d'électrodes comprend au moins une paire d'électrodes espacées l'une de l'autre avec au moins une partie de la ou des chambres située fonctionnellement et directement entre ces dernières, de sorte qu'au moins une propriété électronique mesurée à travers la paire soit fondée sur une relation entre le second fluide et la paire. La relation est fondée sur un état physique de la structure microfluidique.
