Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane polymer, comprising the step of reacting a polyol component with a polyisocyanate component, the polyol component comprising an oxymethylene polyol. The ratio of the polyol component to the polyisocyanate component is selected such that the polyurethane polymer obtained by the reaction has a content of oxymethylene groups from the oxymethylene polyol of ≥ 11 wt. % to ≤ 50 wt. %, preferably ≥ 11 wt. % to ≤ 45 wt. %, and the content of oxymethylene groups from the oxymethylene polyol is defined by means of proton resonance spectroscopy.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un polymère de polyuréthane, comprenant une étape consistant à faire réagir un composant polyol avec un composant polyisocyanate, le composant polyol comportant un polyol d'oxyméthylène. Le rapport quantitatif entre le composant polyol et le composant polyisocyanate est choisi de sorte que le polymère de polyuréthane obtenu par la réaction présente une teneur en groupes oxyméthylène provenant du polyol d'oxyméthylène ≥ à 11 % en poids et ≤ à 50 % en poids, de préférence ≥ à 11 % en poids et ≤ à 45 % en poids, la teneur en groupes oxyméthylène provenant du polyol d'oxyméthylène ayant été déterminée par spectroscopie de résonance protonique.
(DE) Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyurethanpolymers, umfassend den Schritt der Reaktion einer Polyolkomponente mit einer Polyisocyanatkomponente, wobei die Polyolkomponente ein Oxymethylenpolyol umfasst.
