Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for imaging in a microscope (200) with oblique illumination, wherein an object is illuminated by an illumination beam path (211) that is obliquely incident on the object plane (204) of the microscope (200) and a microscopic image of the object and a corresponding digital image signal are produced, wherein the digital image signal is processed by means of digital image processing by using a convolution kernel to increase contrast and an increased-contrast digital image is produced therefrom.
