Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a refrigeration machine, in particular a cryopump for generating a vacuum, having a compressor (10) for compressing a refrigerant substantially comprising helium and oil. Together with the compressor, an oil separator (20, 22, 24, 26) is arranged downstream in the delivery direction of the coolant. The invention further relates to a cooling device (30) in which the refrigeration medium expands. In order to adsorb harmful gases, an adsorption device (28) is arranged upstream of the cooling device (30) in the delivery direction.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine frigorifique, en particulier une pompe cryogénique destinée à créer le vide, présentant un compresseur (10) pour comprimer un fluide frigorigène contenant essentiellement de l'hélium et de l'huile. Un séparateur d'huile (20, 22, 24, 26) est placé en aval du compresseur dans le sens de transport du fluide réfrigérant. La machine selon l'invention comprend en outre un dispositif de refroidissement (30) dans lequel l'agent frigorigène se détend. Un dispositif d'adsorption (28) est placé en amont du dispositif de refroidissement (30) dans le sens de transport pour adsorber les gaz nocifs.
(DE) Eine Kältemaschine, insbesondere eine Kryopumpe zur Erzeugung von Vakuum weist einen Kompressor (10) zur Komprimierung eines im Wesentlichen Helium und Öl aufweisenden Kältemittels auf. Mit dem Kompressor ist in Förderrichtung des Kühlmittels nachgeschaltet ein Ölabscheider (20, 22, 24, 26) angeordnet. Ferner ist eine Kühleinrichtung (30) vorgesehen, in der das Kältemedium expandiert. Zur Adsorption schädlicher Gase ist eine Adsorptionseinrichtung (28) in Förderrichtung der Kühleinrichtung (30) vorgeschaltet.
