Abstract:
(EN) A hydrokinetic torque coupling device comprises a casing rotatable about a rotation axis, a torque converter including an impeller wheel and a turbine wheel disposed in the casing coaxially with the rotation axis, a locking piston including an annular piston body and a plurality of drive teeth unitary with the piston body, and a torsional vibration damper comprising a input member non-rotatably coupled to the drive teeth of the locking piston, elastic members and an output member elastically coupled to the input member trough the elastic members. The locking piston is axially moveable so as to selectively engage the locking piston against the casing. The input member has window-shaped mating openings complementary to each of the drive teeth. The drive teeth drivingly engage the mating openings of the input member so as to non-rotatably couple the locking piston and the input member.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'accouplement de couple hydrocinétique qui comprend un carter pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation, un convertisseur de couple comprenant une roue d'impulseur et une roue de turbine disposée dans le carter de manière coaxiale avec l'axe de rotation, un piston de verrouillage comprenant un corps de piston annulaire et une pluralité de dents d'entraînement unitaires avec le corps de piston, et un amortisseur de vibrations de torsion comprenant un élément d'entrée couplé de façon non rotative aux dents d'entraînement du piston de verrouillage, des éléments élastiques et un élément de sortie couplé élastiquement à l'élément d'entrée au moyen des éléments élastiques. Le piston de verrouillage est axialement mobile de façon à venir sélectivement en prise avec le piston de verrouillage contre le carter. L'élément d'entrée comporte des ouvertures d'accouplement en forme de fenêtre complémentaires à chacune des dents d'entraînement. Les dents d'entraînement viennent en prise par entraînement avec les ouvertures d'accouplement de l'élément d'entrée de façon à coupler de manière non rotative le piston de verrouillage et l'élément d'entrée.
