Abstract:
(EN) A filling-controlled hydrodynamic coupling comprises a pump wheel and a turbine wheel which delimit a working chamber and which can be mechanically coupled to one another by means of a hydraulic fluid; a direct circuit, which connects a hydraulic outlet to a hydraulic inlet of the working chamber; a pump device, which is arranged hydraulically between a fluid source and the direct circuit; and a lubrication line, which leads from the pump device to a lubrication point of the coupling. Here, the pump device is designed to convey fluid in a first conveying direction from the fluid source into the working chamber and into the lubrication line or in a second conveying direction from the working chamber to the fluid source.
(FR) L'invention concerne un accouplement hydrocinétique commandé par remplissage, comprenant une roue d'impulseur et une roue de turbine qui délimitent une chambre de travail et qui peuvent être accouplées mécaniquement au moyen d’un fluide hydraulique ; un circuit direct qui relie une sortie hydraulique à une entrée hydraulique de la chambre de travail ; un dispositif de pompage agencé hydrauliquement entre une source de fluide et le circuit direct ; et une conduite de graissage qui s’étend du dispositif de pompage à un point de graissage de l’accouplement. Selon l’invention, le dispositif de pompage est conçu pour transporter le fluide dans un premier sens de transport de la source de fluide à la chambre de travail et dans la conduite de graissage, ou dans un deuxième sens de transport de la chambre de travail à la source de fluide.
(DE) Eine füllungsgesteuerte hydrodynamische Kupplung umfasst ein Pumpenrad und ein Turbinenrad, die einen Arbeitsraum begrenzen und mittels eines hydraulischen Fluids mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt werden können; einen Direktumlauf, der einen hydraulischen Auslass mit einem hydraulischen Einlass des Arbeitsraums verbindet; eine Pumpeinrichtung, die hydraulisch zwischen einer Fluidquelle und dem Direktumlauf angeordnet ist; und eine Schmierleitung, die von der Pumpeinrichtung zu einer Schmierstelle der Kupplung führt. Dabei ist die Pumpeinrichtung dazu eingerichtet, in einer ersten Förderrichtung Fluid von der Fluidquelle in den Arbeitsraum und in die Schmierleitung, oder in einer zweiten Förderrichtung vom Arbeitsraum zur Fluidquelle zu fördern.
