Abstract:
(EN) An energy-saving solar panel that completely removes the traditional solar panel grid structure. Disposing cylinders of a certain thickness by means such as direct forming or welding at positions of screw holes, and simultaneously disposing frames at the perimeter of different layers of panel material, so as to fix the distances between and relative positions of different layers of panel material. The present method allows the distances between different layers of panel material to be controlled as desired, and the number of layers of the panel material can be increased as desired, thereby achieving desired thermal insulation performance. In addition, the grid structure between the panel material is completely removed, achieving a degree of transparency equivalent to a glass curtain wall.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau solaire à haut rendement énergétique éliminant totalement la structure de grille de panneau solaire classique. Le panneau solaire à haut rendement énergétique fait appel à un dépôt de cylindres d'une certaine épaisseur à l'aide d'un moyen tel qu'une formation directe ou un soudage à des positions de trous de vis, et à une disposition simultanée de cadres au niveau du périmètre de différentes couches de matériau de panneau, de façon à fixer les distances entre différentes couches de matériau de panneau de même que les positions relatives de ces dernières. Le procédé selon l'invention permet de commander à souhait les distances entre différentes couches de matériau de panneau, et d'augmenter le nombre de couches du matériau de panneau en fonction des besoins, ce qui permet d'obtenir des performances d'isolation thermique souhaitées. De plus, la structure de grille séparant le matériau de panneau est totalement éliminée, ce qui permet d'obtenir un degré de transparence équivalent à un mur de type rideau de verre.
(ZH) 一种节能阳光板,全部取消传统阳光板的格状结构,在螺丝孔的位置通过直接成型或熔接等方式设置有一定厚度的圆筒,同时在各层板材的四周设置边框,从而固定各层板材之间的距离和相对位置,并通过这种方式使各层板材之间的距离可以任意控制、板材的层数可以任意增加,从而可达到任意的保温性能;此外,随着板材之间隔状结构的全部取消,可以达到玻璃幕墙同等的透明功能。
