Abstract:
(EN) A manufacturing method for a light emitting device, a light emitting device, and a hybrid light emitting device. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step S1: disposing a mask plate having a plurality of hollow portions on a substrate; step S2: applying, by using a solution method, ink on a surface of the substrate by using the hollow portions; and step S3: drying or solidifying the ink on the surface of the substrate to form a light emitting layer or a functional layer. In the manufacturing method, the mask plate having a plurality of hollow portions is disposed on the substrate, the ink is applied, by using the solution method, on the surface of the substrate by using the hollow portions, and then the ink on the surface of the substrate is dried or solidified to form the light emitting layer or the functional layer, so that by using the mask plate, the ink is prevented from being dispersed to other color areas, color mixture is effectively avoided, and the color precision of a light emitting device is improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif électroluminescent, un dispositif électroluminescent et un dispositif électroluminescent hybride. Le procédé de fabrication comprend les étapes suivantes : étape S1 : disposer une plaque de masque ayant une pluralité de parties creuses sur un substrat ; étape S2 : appliquer, au moyen d'un procédé de solution, de l'encre sur une surface du substrat à l'aide des parties creuses ; et étape S3 : sécher ou solidifier l'encre sur la surface du substrat pour former une couche électroluminescente ou une couche fonctionnelle. Dans le procédé de fabrication, la plaque de masque ayant une pluralité de parties creuses est disposée sur le substrat, l'encre est appliquée, au moyen du procédé de solution, sur la surface du substrat à l'aide des parties creuses, puis l'encre sur la surface du substrat est séchée ou solidifiée pour former la couche électroluminescente ou la couche fonctionnelle, de sorte que, à l'aide de la plaque de masque, l'encre ne se disperse pas dans d'autres zones de couleur, un mélange de couleurs est efficacement évité, et la précision de couleur d'un dispositif électroluminescent est améliorée.
