Abstract:
A self-moving device (400) and a method for controlling the self-moving device. The self-moving device (400) comprises a non-contact sensor (300) with an adjustable detection angle, a balance detection module (500) and a control module (700), wherein an output end of the balance detection module (500) is connected to an input end of the control module (700), and an output end of the control module (700) is connected to the non-contact sensor (300); the balance detection module (500) is used to detect an inclination angle of the self-moving device (400) in real time; the control module (700) is used to acquire the direction of an angle, to be adjusted, of the non-contact sensor (300) according to the direction of the inclination angle, calculating the magnitude of the angle, to be adjusted, of the non-contact sensor (300) according to the magnitude of the inclination angle, and then adjusting the detection angle of the non-contact sensor (300) timely. The detection angle of the non-contact sensor (300) can be adjusted, which improves the accuracy of the non-contact sensor (300) in recognizing an obstacle, thereby effectively preventing the problem that the operation of the self-moving device (400) does not comply with the requirements or the self-moving device (400) itself is damaged, and the application range is relatively extensive.
