Abstract:
A genetically engineered strain of phenazine-1-carboxamide (PCN), a preparation method for same, and uses thereof. The genetically engineered strain specifically is a genetically engineered strain produced by knocking off either or both of lon gene and parS gene of the genome of Pseudomonas chlororaphis HT66 CCTCC NO: M 2013467 and of a derivative thereof; or a genetically engineered strain produced by knocking off either or both of lon gene and parS gene of the genome of rpeA and psrA single-mutation strain or double-mutation strain of Pseudomonas chlororaphis HT66 CCTCC NO: M 2013467; or one by knocking off pykA gene of Pseudomonas chlororaphis HT66 CCTCC NO: M 2013467 and of a derivative thereof, where the single-mutation strain is HT66ΔrpeA or HT66ΔpsrA, and the double-mutation strain is T66ΔrpeAΔpsrA. When the lon and parS genes in the genome of the Pseudomonas chlororaphis are deleted, the fermentation yield of phenazine-1-carboxamide can reach up to 3594 mg/L, thus being applicable in industrial production and agricultural application of phenazine-1-carboxamide.
