Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an implant-type, completely bioabsorbable, vascular polymer stent comprising five or more annular corrugated support struts (1), and connecting struts (2) spaced apart and connected between the support struts (1). The support struts (1) are formed by corrugations resembling an "Ω" shape (3) and corrugations resembling an "m" shape (4) being alternately connected with each other, wherein the corrugations resembling an "Ω" shape (3) and the corrugations resembling an "m" shape (4) are respectively composed of two sets of upright "s" parts and inverted "s" parts connected together, and the connection between two adjacent support struts (1) is formed by means of the connecting struts (2) connecting the top of the corrugations resembling an "Ω" shape (3) and the bottom of the corrugations resembling an "m" shape (4). The stent balances radial supporting force, wall thickness and flexibility, has good passing-through performance, can also provide sufficient mechanical support at a lesion segment for a specified period of time for wound healing, and is be gradually absorbed by the body after the wound heals, with good endothelialisation, thereby effectively reducing the stent restenosis rate and the risk of late stent thrombosis.
(FR) L'invention concerne un stent polymère vasculaire, entièrement bioabsorbable, de type implant, comprenant cinq entretoises de support ondulées annulaires (1) ou plus, et des entretoises de liaison (2) espacées et reliées entre les entretoises de support (1). Les entretoises de support (1) sont formées par des ondulations ressemblant à une forme "Ω" (3) et des ondulations ressemblant à une forme "m" (4) qui sont alternativement reliées l'une à l'autre. Les ondulations ressemblant à une forme "Ω" (3) et les ondulations ressemblant à une forme "m" (4) sont respectivement composées de deux ensembles de parties "s" verticales et de parties "s" inversées reliées entre elles, et la connexion entre deux entretoises de support adjacentes (1) est formée au moyen des entretoises de liaison (2) reliant le sommet des ondulations ressemblant à une forme "Ω" (3) et le fond des ondulations ressemblant à une forme "m" (4). Le stent équilibre une force de support radiale, une épaisseur de paroi et une flexibilité, a une bonne performance de passage, peut également fournir un support mécanique suffisant au niveau d'un segment de lésion pendant une période de temps spécifiée pour la cicatrisation de plaie, et est progressivement absorbée par le corps après cicatrisation de la plaie, avec une bonne endothélialisation, ce qui permet de réduire efficacement le taux de resténose du stent et le risque de thrombose de stent tardif.
