Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate and a display device belonging to the field of display technology. The array substrate comprises a substrate (10), a via (21) located above the substrate (10), and a diffusion section (4). An orthogonal projection of the diffusion section (4) on the substrate (10) connects with an orthogonal projection of the via (21) on the substrate (10). The diffusion section (4) is used to diffuse alignment liquid in the via (21). Because the array substrate is provided with the diffusion section (4) for diffusing alignment liquid in the via (21), and the orthogonal projection of the diffusion section (4) on the substrate (10) connects with the orthogonal projection of the via (21) on the substrate (10), alignment liquid in the via (21) is drained by the diffusion section (4) when sprayed on a surface of an array substrate, such that alignment liquid in the via (21) is evenly diffused, thereby preventing the issue of poor display performance due to unevenly diffused alignment liquid.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat matriciel et un dispositif d’affichage appartenant au domaine de la technologie d’affichage. Le substrat matriciel comprend un substrat (10), un trou d’interconnexion (21) situé au-dessus du substrat (10), et une section de diffusion (4). Une projection orthogonale de la section de diffusion (4) sur le substrat (10) se connecte à une projection orthogonale du trou d’interconnexion (21) sur le substrat (10). La section de diffusion (4) est utilisée pour diffuser un liquide d’alignement dans le trou d’interconnexion (21).
