Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for vehicle detection. The method comprises: after receiving an image to undergo detection comprising vehicle information, extracting basic feature information of the image to undergo detection via a predetermined algorithm; inputting the basic feature information to an And-Or model generated by pre-training to obtain nodes at each level and outputting the nodes at each level as key nodes; associating the key nodes such that the associated key nodes at each level serve as preferable calculation branches; converting the key nodes at each level in the calculation branches into position parameters in the image to undergo detection and determining, according to a predetermined association between the key nodes at each level and an image template, an image template corresponding to the key nodes at each level in the calculation branches; and obtaining, according to the position parameters and the image template corresponding to the key nodes at each level in the calculation branches, vehicle position information and vehicle distribution relations in the image to undergo detection and outputting the same. The present invention can recognize vehicle information in complicated scene images with high efficiency.
