Abstract:
A main relay adhesion detection circuit of a vehicle-mounted battery management system, and a method therefor, the circuit comprising a first, second and third switches (K1, K2 and K3), and a first, second, seventh and eighth resistors (R1, R2, R7 and R8). One end of the first switch (K1) is connected with a positive bus (BUS+); the first and the second resistors (R1 and R2) are connected in series to constitute a potential-divider network; the first resistor (R1) is connected with the other end of the first switch (K1); one end of the seventh resistor (R7) is connected with a non-battery side of a master positive main relay (S1); the other end of the seventh resistor (R7) and an eighth resistor (R8) are connected in series to constitute a potential-divider network; the second resistor (R2) and the eighth resistor (R8) are connected with a sampling reference ground; one end of the second switch (K2) is connected with a negative bus (BUS-) and the other end of the second switch (K2) is connected with the sampling reference ground; and one end of the third switch (K3) is connected with a non-battery side of a master negative main relay (S5), and the other end of the third switch (K3) is connected with the sampling reference ground. The circuit and the method can achieve safe, simple and reliable main relay adhesion detection.
