Title: FLEXIBLE CONDUCTIVE FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, FLEXIBLE TOUCH SCREEN, AND DISPLAY PANEL
Abstract:
Provided are a flexible conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof, a flexible touch screen, and a flexible touch display panel. The manufacturing method of the flexible conductive film comprises: providing a first substrate; coating a first conductive metal ink on the first substrate to obtain a first conductive metal pattern; coating a polyimide varnish on a surface of the first substrate having the first conductive metal pattern; after the polyimide varnish has cured, immersing the first substrate in a deionized water; and removing the cured polyimide varnish and the first conductive metal pattern from the first substrate to obtain a flexible conductive film. Applying a flexible conductive film manufactured by the above method to a flexible touch screen and a flexible touch display panel can enhance adhesion of a nanosilver material to a flexible substrate and improve mechanical strength and stability of the same.
