Title: AUTOMATIC SYSTEM AND IMPLEMENTATION METHOD FOR WELDING METAL PART AND COAXIAL CABLE
Abstract:
An automatic system for welding a metal part and a coaxial cable, comprising: a tin feeding device (11) disposed at a first station (16) and used for adding tin paste to a joint (1226) between a metal part (1222) and a coaxial cable (1224); a heating device (13) disposed at a second station (17) and used for performing induction heating on the joint to which the tin paste is added; a moving positioning device (12) used for separately clamping the metal part (1222) and the coaxial cable (1224), and moving the metal part (1222) and the coaxial cable (1224) to the first station (16) and the second station (17) in sequence; and an electric control device (14) used for controlling each device of the automatic system. Also disclosed is an implementation method for welding a metal part and a coaxial cable. The use of non-contact induction heating fundamentally solves an endothermic effect of a metallic structure while ensuring the heating uniformity of welding spots and improving the welding reliability of products.
