Abstract:
A coaxial hollow tungsten electrode hot wire TIG welding gun. The welding gun comprises a gun body (1) and a tungsten electrode (2); the gun body (1) is hollow; one end of the gun body (1) is provided with a nozzle (11); the tungsten electrode (2) is axially and fixedly provided in the center of the gun body (1), and one end part of the tungsten electrode (2) penetrates out of the nozzle (11); the tungsten electrode (2) is hollow, and one end part of the tungsten electrode (2) is provided with a welding wire hole (21) that allows a welding wire (5) to pass through. Also disclosed are a welding device and a welding method. Before entering a welding pool, a welding wire has been preheated and subjected to gas protection, such that a preheating effect is greatly improved, oxidation of the heated welding wire is avoided, energy for welding wire arc melting is reduced, and the deposition efficiency, the welding speed, and the quality of welded seams are improved.
