(EN)A fluorescent/phosphorescent hybrid white organic light-emitting diode. Light-emitting layers of the fluorescent/phosphorescent hybrid white organic light-emitting diode comprise a blue light-emitting layer, a green light-emitting layer, and a red light-emitting layer, wherein the blue light-emitting layer comprises a host material and a blue fluorescent material, the green light-emitting layer comprises a green phosphorescent material, and the red light-emitting layer comprises a red phosphorescent material. The host material of the blue light-emitting layer comprises an electron host material. The light-emitting diode device is high in efficiency and good in spectrum stability.
