Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a self-lubrication system of a power takeoff, comprising a casing (10) and a driving gear (20), a transition gear (30), and an output gear (40). The bottom of an inner cavity of the casing (10) is provided with an oil sump filled with lubricating oil. The lower portion of the driving gear (20) is immersed in the oil sump. An oil nozzle (71) is provided on the casing (10) at a position corresponding to a meshing point between the output gear (40) and the transition gear (30). The output gear (40) rotates in a direction from a lower end point of the output gear (40) to an upper end point of the output gear (40) via the meshing point between the output gear (40) and the transition gear (30). The oil sump is provided at the bottom of the inner cavity of the casing (10) and the oil nozzle (71) is provided on the casing (10) at the position corresponding to the meshing point between the output gear (40) and the transition gear (30), such that a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the driving gear (20) and the output gear (40) guides the lubricating oil to lubricate the driving gear (20) or the output gear (40) and a corresponding bearing. The system features a simple structure and process, low processing difficulty, and a good lubrication effect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de lubrification automatique d'une prise de force, le système comprenant une enveloppe (10) et un engrenage menant (20), un engrenage de transition (30) et un engrenage de sortie (40). Le fond d'une cavité interne de l'enveloppe (10) est muni d'un carter à huile rempli d'huile lubrifiante. La partie inférieure de l'engrenage menant (20) est immergée dans le carter à huile. Une buse d'huile (71) est disposée sur l'enveloppe (10) au niveau d'une position correspondant à un point d'engrènement entre l'engrenage de sortie (40) et l'engrenage de transition (30). L'engrenage de sortie (40) tourne dans une direction d'un point d'extrémité inférieur de l'engrenage de sortie (40) à un point d'extrémité supérieure de l'engrenage de sortie (40) par l'intermédiaire du point d'engrènement entre l'engrenage de sortie (40) et l'engrenage de transition (30). Le carter à huile est disposé au fond de la cavité interne de l'enveloppe (10) et la buse d'huile (71) est disposée sur l'enveloppe (10) au niveau de la position correspondant au point d'engrènement entre l'engrenage de sortie (40) et l'engrenage de transition (30), de sorte qu'une force centrifuge provoquée par la rotation de l'engrenage menant (20) et de l'engrenage de sortie (40) amène l'huile lubrifiante à lubrifier l'engrenage menant (20) ou l'engrenage de sortie (40) et un palier correspondant. Le système offre une structure et un procédé simples, une faible difficulté de traitement et un bon effet de lubrification.
