Title: COMPOSITE FIBER WITH AGGREGATION-INDUCED EMISSION MOLECULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Abstract:
The invention belongs to the field of polymeric materials and discloses a composite fiber with an aggregation-induced emission (AIE) molecule and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The composite fiber is prepared by: adding the AIE molecule to a solution of the polymeric material or a solution of the polymeric material and a carrier; evenly mixing the resulting solution; and performing an electrostatic spinning process. The composite fiber with the AIE molecule of the invention has a large variety of AIE molecules and a high fluorescence intensity, and can meet different fluorescent staining requirements. The advantages of the manufacturing method of the invention include simplicity, high production efficiency, good reproducibility, and the like. The composite fiber with the AIE molecule of the invention can be used in the fields of cellular positioning imaging, fiber microscopic structure examination, fiber drug loading, and the like.
