Title: DOUBLE-DECK SWITCHABLE WORK PLATFORM FOR LASER CUTTING MACHINE
Abstract:
A double-deck switchable work platform for a laser cutting machine. The work platform comprises a machine base (1), an upper deck carriage (2), and a lower deck carriage (3). The lower and upper deck carriages are provided at an upper end of the machine base, and the upper deck carriage is above the lower deck carriage. A transmission device (5) is fixedly connected to a side of the machine base. A motor reducer (4) is fixedly connected to a side of the transmission device. A positioning pneumatic cylinder (6) is fixedly connected to a side of the machine base. An upper deck traction ball (7) is connected to a side of the upper deck carriage, and a lower deck traction ball (8) is connected to a side of the lower deck carriage. The double-deck switchable work platform for a laser cutting machine of the present invention has a simple structure, eliminates the need of an elevator structure, and employs a motor to directly pull the upper and lower deck carriages to move at the same time, thus reducing a cost while meeting functional requirements of use, and improving the switching efficiency of the work platform.
