Title: COMPOSITE CUTTING NOZZLE FOR AIR PERFORATION HAVING TWO AIR CHANNELS CONNECTED IN PARALLEL
Abstract:
A composite cutting nozzle for air perforation having two air channels connected in parallel comprises a main body (1). A composite layer (2) is arranged at a central position of an inner cavity of the main body (1). Peripheral auxiliary channels (3) are symmetrically disposed at the left and right sides of the composite layer (2). The inner cavity of the main body (1) is provided with a mixing compartment (7). Air discharge ends of the composite layer (2) and the peripheral auxiliary channels (3) are in communication with the mixing compartment (7). A perforating air channel (4) is arranged at an edge of the inner cavity of the main body (1). The perforating air channel (4) and the mixing compartment (7) are in communication with a main nozzle (6). After an auxiliary cutting gas has entered the cutting nozzle, a portion thereof is blown out from an inner cavity of the composite layer, and another portion thereof is blown out from a channel outside the composite layer. The auxiliary cutting gas is ultimately blown out from the main nozzle (6) of the main body (1). The composite cutting nozzle can significantly improve quality of a cutting cross-section of a plate of medium thickness. The main body has an additional annular groove and at least three perforating air channels (4), such that air can be blown from various angles to blow away welding slag.
