Abstract:
An ultrathin convective heat-dissipation project light, comprising a PC cover (2), an aluminum substrate (4), a heat-dissipation body (5), a light source (9), a support (6), and a three-core wire (7). A mounting cavity (51) is provided in the middle of a front surface of the heat-dissipation body (5). The mounting cavity (51) is provided with a first outer wall (52). The light source (9) is fixed on the aluminum substrate (4). The aluminum substrate (4) is fixed to the bottom of the mounting cavity (51) by means of aluminum substrate fixing screws (41). The size of the PC cover (2) matches that of the mounting cavity (51). The PC cover (2) is connected to the mounting cavity (51) by means of PC cover screws (21). The support (6) is moveably mounted on two sides of the heat-dissipation body (5) by means of support fixing screws (61). A through hole is provided at the bottom of the mounting cavity (51). The three-core wire (7) passes through the through hole, an earth wire of the three-core wire (7) being fixed by means of an earth wire screw (71). The ultrathin convective heat-dissipation project light can effectively use the space of the heat-dissipation space (5) to reduce the volume and the thickness of the light, and has a good waterproof effect.
