Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an LED bulb having a windable filament and a manufacturing process thereof. The LED bulb comprises a bulb shell (2), a mount (5), an electrical connector (6), and a driver, and is characterized in that the bulb shell (2) is connected to the outside of the mount (5), the mount (5) and the bulb shell (2) form a sealed vacuum cavity, the mount (5) is connected to a light bar by means of an electrical lead wire. The light bar is an elongated structure. A substrate (1) is provided at the light bar. A plurality of connection wires (8) are uniformly distributed at the substrate (1). The connection wires (8) are connected for turning on and off the bulb. An LED chip (9) is provided at the connection wire (8). A fluorescent colloid (10) is provided at the substrate (1). In the LED bulb having a windable filament and the manufacturing process thereof, the special light bar structure and process enable an LED bulb to have improved efficiency and visual appeal compared with the prior art LED bulbs.
(FR) L'invention concerne une ampoule à DEL ayant un filament enroulable et son procédé de fabrication. L'ampoule à DEL comprend une coque d'ampoule (2), une monture (5), un connecteur électrique (6), et un circuit d'attaque, et est caractérisée en ce que la coque d'ampoule (2) est reliée à l'extérieur de la monture (5), la monture (5) et la coque d'ampoule (2) forment une cavité sous vide étanche, la monture (5) est connectée à une barre lumineuse au moyen d'un fil conducteur électrique. La barre lumineuse consiste en une structure allongée. Un substrat (1) est agencé au niveau de la barre lumineuse. Plusieurs fils de connexion (8) sont répartis uniformément sur le substrat (1). Les fils de connexion (8) sont connectés de sorte à allumer et éteindre l'ampoule. Une puce à DEL (9) est agencée au niveau du fil de connexion (8).
