Abstract:
(EN) A grabbing manipulator for page turning of pages of a book, comprising a beam (4), on which several suction devices capable of suctioning pages are provided, the suction devices being able to synchronously rotate together with the beam (4); the beam (4) being provided in an inner cavity of a page turning arm (1), the two ends of the beam (4) each being connected with a rotary block (2), the rotary blocks (2) being connected to the beam (4), and the beam (4) being able to rotate around its own axis between the rotary blocks (2); the rotary blocks (2) both being connected to the inner wall of the page turning arm (1), a linear guide rail (7) being provided on the inner wall of the page turning arm (1), the linear guide rail (7) being mounted thereon with a slide block (8), the slide block (8) being able to move along the surface of the linear guide rail (7), and the rotary blocks (2) being respectively fixed to the corresponding slide block (8). The manipulator uses a vacuum suction structure to turn pages of a book, and thus will not cause damage to papers, improving the efficiency of page turning and reducing usage costs.
(FR) L’invention concerne un manipulateur de préhension pour tourner les pages d'un livre, comprenant un faisceau (4), sur lequel sont disposés plusieurs dispositifs d'aspiration susceptibles d'aspirer des pages, les dispositifs d'aspiration étant aptes à tourner de manière synchrone avec le faisceau (4) ; le faisceau (4) étant disposé dans une cavité interne d'un bras tourneur de page (1), les deux extrémités du faisceau (4) étant chacune reliée à un bloc rotatif (2), les blocs rotatifs (2) étant reliés au faisceau (4), et le faisceau (4) étant apte à tourner autour de son propre axe entre les blocs rotatifs (2) ; les blocs rotatifs (2) étant tous deux reliés à la paroi interne du bras tourneur de page (1), un rail de guidage linéaire (7) étant disposé sur la paroi interne du bras tourneur de page (1), sur lequel est monté le rail de guidage linéaire (7) avec un bloc coulissant (8), le bloc coulissant (8) étant apte à se déplacer le long de la surface du rail de guidage linéaire (7), et les blocs rotatifs (2) étant respectivement fixés au bloc coulissant correspondant (8). Le manipulateur utilise une structure d'aspiration sous vide pour tourner les pages d'un livre, et n’endommage donc pas le papier, améliorant l'efficacité de feuilletage et réduisant les coûts d'utilisation.
(ZH) 一种书页翻页抓取机械手，包括横梁（4），所述横梁（4）上设置有若干个能够吸附页面的吸附装置，且吸附装置能够随着横梁（4）同步进行转动，横梁（4）设置在翻页臂（1）的内腔中，横梁（4）的两端均连接有旋转块（2），且旋转块（2）与横梁（4）连接，横梁（4）能够在旋转块（2）之间绕着其自身的轴线转动，旋转块（2）均与翻页臂（1）的内壁连接，翻页臂（1）的内壁上设置有直线导轨（7），直线导轨（7）上安装有滑块（8），且滑块（8）能够沿着直线导轨（7）的表面移动，旋转块（2）分别与对应的滑块（8）固定。该机械手采用了真空吸附结构来对书页进行翻页，不会对纸张造成损坏，提高翻页效率，降低使用成本。
