Abstract:
An antibacterial hexapeptide from pediococcus acidilactici and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of bioengineering. An amino acid sequence of the antibacterial peptide lactein R16 is ENGEEE, the antibacterial peptide lactein R16 has good pH stability and good heat stability, has inhibiting effects on escherichia coli, listeria monocytogene and staphylococcus aureus, and can effectively reduce the number of escherichia coli in soybean meal. The antibacterial peptide lactein R16 has a certain proliferative effect on saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus plantarum, and has a certain removal capacity to hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, DPPH free radicals and superoxide anions. The antibacterial peptide lactein R16 can be used for biological control, can be used as a feed additive and will play an important role in replacing antibiotics and resolving a feed safety problem in the future.
