Title: AUTOMATIC OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE FOOD DELIVERY ROBOT AND OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE METHOD
Abstract:
An automatic obstacle avoidance food delivery robot and an obstacle avoidance method are provided. The robot comprises a robot head (1), a robot body and two arms arranged on two sides of the robot body, each arm being fixed with a tray for placing dishes; wherein, the robot head (1) or the robot body is provided with a plurality of distance detectors for detecting obstacles, which sends an alarm when an obstacle enters a detection range of the distance detector and control the robot body to stop forward or turn. With this automatic obstacle avoidance food delivery robot, incidents or the like caused by a delivery robot collision can be avoided by means of a plurality of infrared sensors and ultrasonic sensors provided thereon for detecting obstacles around, and the best food delivery route can be intelligently planned, thereby ensuring safety of the delivery robot as well as fast and efficient food delivery.
