Abstract:
(EN) A horizontal winding machine pulse control method and system, the method comprising the following steps: acquiring a position of a horizontal winding machine (S101); receiving a rotation command of a user, and calculating a rotation displacement according to the rotation command (S102); calculating a number of pulses of a step motor according to the rotation displacement so as to control the step motor (S103). The present technical solution has the advantage of good user operability.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de commande d'impulsion de bobineuse horizontale, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : acquérir une position d'une bobineuse horizontale (S101) ; recevoir une commande de rotation d'un utilisateur, et calculer un déplacement de rotation selon la commande de rotation (S102) ; calculer un nombre d'impulsions d'un moteur pas à pas selon le déplacement de rotation de façon à commander le moteur pas à pas (S103). La présente solution technique a l’avantage de pourvoir à une bonne efficacité opérationnelle de l'utilisateur.
(ZH) 一种卧式绕线机的脉冲控制方法及系统,所述方法包括如下步骤:获取卧式绕线机的位置(S101);接收用户的转动命令,依据该转动命令计算出旋转位移(S102);依据该旋转位移计算步进电机的脉冲数量以控制步进电机(S103)。该技术方案具有用户操作性好的优点。
