Abstract:
(EN) Polymeric semiconductors and their preparation methods, as well as their uses in organic thin-film transistors or polymer solar cells. The polymeric semiconductors provided by the present invention are of Formula (I). The polymeric semiconductors provided by the present invention can be used in high-mobility organic thin-film transistors and exhibit high power conversion efficiencies in both bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells and layer-by-layer polymer solar cells.
(FR) L'invention concerne des semi-conducteurs polymères et leurs procédés de préparation ainsi que leurs utilisations dans des transistors organiques à couches minces ou des cellules solaires polymères. Les semi-conducteurs polymères selon la présente invention sont de formule I. Les semi-conducteurs polymères obtenus par la présente invention peuvent être utilisés dans des transistors organiques à couches minces à mobilité élevée et présentent des rendements de conversion de puissance élevés à la fois dans des cellules solaires polymères à hétérojonction en volume et des cellules solaires polymères à couche par couche.
