Abstract:
(EN) The present invention describes the method for enriching surfaces with ferromagnetic particles and a coating of ferromagnetic particles. More specifically, the present invention describes how to obtain materials developed using the following methods: surface enrichment, surface oxidation, particle coating by dry mixing powders by tumbling, via reactions with boron compounds, via suspension of liquid glass and non-metal compounds, and the option of using one or more of the techniques described simultaneously. The present invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering and materials engineering.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'enrichissement de la surface de particules ferromagnétiques et le recouvrement de particules ferromagnétiques. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne l'obtention de matériaux mis au point au moyen de processus d’enrichissement superficiel, d’oxydation superficielle, de recouvrement de particules par mélange de poudres à sec au moyen d'un tambour rotatif, via des réactions avec des composés de bore, par suspension de verre liquide et de composés non métalliques, une ou plusieurs techniques décrites concomitamment pouvant être utilisées. La présente invention trouve une application dans le domaine de l'ingénierie mécanique, de l'ingénierie électrique, de l'ingénierie chimique et de l'ingénierie des matériaux.
(PT) A presente invenção descreve o processo de enriquecimento da superfície de partículas ferromagnéticas e recobrimento de partículas ferromagnéticas. Mais especificamente a presente invenção descreve a obtenção de materiais desenvolvidos através de processos de: enriquecimentos superficial, oxidação superficial, recobrimento de partículas via mistura de pós a seco por tamboreamento, via reações com compostos de boro, via suspensão de vidro liquido e compostos não-metálicos, e a possibilidade da utilização de uma ou mais técnicas descritas concomitantemente. A presente invenção se situa no campo da Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Química e Engenharia de Materiais.
