Abstract:
(EN) Methods for producing high concentration protein formulations having high stability are provided. Assays for selecting proteins and formulation conditions that have high self-repulsive attributes are used as an early step in the manufacturing process. Specifically, a protein concentration-dependent self-interaction nanoparticle spectroscopy method is employed as a protein colloidal interaction assay.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de production de formulations de protéines à haute concentration présentant une stabilité élevée. Des tests pour sélectionner des protéines et des conditions de formulation qui ont des caractéristiques d'auto-répulsion élevée sont utilisés en tant qu'étape préliminaire dans le processus de fabrication. Spécifiquement, un procédé de spectroscopie de nanoparticules à auto-interaction dépendante de la concentration de protéines est utilisé comme test d'interaction colloïdale des protéines.
