Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a condensing boiler employing an eco-friendly evaporation device, in which condensed water generated in a latent heat exchanger is removed by using the evaporation device, so that the condensing boiler can be installed in a site without a processing facility for discharging condensed water and contribute to energy saving. For implementation thereof, the present invention comprises: a blower (110) for supplying a supply-air; a sensible heat exchanger (140) for absorbing combustion sensible heat generated in a combustion chamber (130) by combustion by a burner (120); a latent heat exchanger (150) for absorbing latent heat of steam included in combustion gas which has finished heat exchange in the heat sensible exchanger (140); and an evaporation device (160) which absorbs condensed water generated in the latent heat exchanger (150), and has an evaporation type humidifier (161) for evaporating and removing the absorbed condensed water by using air supplied from the blower (110).
(FR) L’objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une chaudière à condensation utilisant un dispositif d’évaporation respectueux de l’environnement, dans lequel de l’eau condensée générée dans un échangeur de chaleur latente est retirée au moyen du dispositif d’évaporation, de sorte que la chaudière de condensation puisse être installée dans un site sans installation de traitement pour évacuer l’eau condensée et contribuer à économiser de l’énergie. Pour la mise en œuvre de celle-ci, la présente invention comprend : une soufflante (110) pour distribuer de l’air d’alimentation ; un échangeur de chaleur sensible (140) pour absorber la chaleur sensible de combustion générée dans une chambre de combustion (130) par combustion par un brûleur (120) ; un échangeur de chaleur latente (150) pour absorber la chaleur latente de vapeur contenue dans le gaz de combustion qui a terminé l’échange de chaleur dans l’échangeur de chaleur sensible (140) ; et un dispositif d’évaporation (160) qui absorbe l’eau condensée générée dans l’échangeur de chaleur latente (150), et comporte un humidificateur de type à évaporation (161) pour évaporer et éliminer l’eau condensée absorbée au moyen de l’air fourni par la soufflante (110).
(KO) 본 발명은 잠열 열교환기에서 발생하는 응축수를 증발장치를 이용하여 제거함으로써, 응축수 배수 처리시설이 없는 현장에 설치를 가능하게 하여 에너지 절감에 기여함과 아울러 친환경적인 증발장치를 적용한 콘덴싱 보일러를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은, 급기 공기를 공급하는 송풍기(110); 버너(120)의 연소에 의해 연소실(130)에서 발생된 연소 현열을 흡수하는 현열 열교환기(140); 상기 현열 열교환기(140)에서 열교환을 마친 연소가스에 포함된 수증기의 잠열을 흡수하는 잠열 열교환기(150); 및 상기 잠열 열교환기(150)에서 발생하는 응축수를 흡수하고, 상기 송풍기(110)로부터 공급되는 공기를 이용하여 흡수된 응축수를 기화시켜 제거하는 기화식 가습기(161)를 구비한 증발장치(160)를 포함하여 구성된다.
