(JA) 物質の濡れ性分布の評価方法及び評価装置
Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method capable of assessing non-uniformity (wettability distribution) in the wettability of a substance surface. This substance wettability distribution assessment method involves: spraying a gas at a liquid covering the surface of a substance; obtaining, while spraying the gas, image information for a region (liquid removal region) where the liquid is removed from the substance surface as a result of being sprayed by the gas; and assessing the substance wettability distribution on the basis of the image information.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé capable d'évaluer une non-uniformité (distribution de mouillabilité) dans la mouillabilité de la surface surface d'une substance. Ce procédé d'évaluation de la distribution de mouillabilité de substance implique : la pulvérisation d'un gaz au niveau d'un liquide recouvrant la surface d'une substance ; l'obtention, tout en pulvérisant le gaz, d'informations d'image pour une région (région d'élimination de liquide), le liquide étant éliminé de la surface de la substance suite à une pulvérisation par le gaz ; et l'évaluation de la distribution de mouillabilité de substance sur la base des informations d'image.
