Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a scroll fluid machine that makes it possible to suitably set the tip clearance between a tooth bottom and a tooth tip having an inclined section and to thereby obtain the desired performance. The scroll fluid machine is provided with an inclined section in which the distance between the facing surfaces of an end plate (3a) of a fixed scroll and an end plate of a rotating scroll that face each other continuously decreases from the outer circumferential side toward the inner circumferential side. The tip clearance at room temperature between a tooth tip of a wall body (5b) of the rotating scroll and a tooth bottom of the end plate (3a) of the fixed scroll facing this tooth tip is larger on the inner circumferential side than on the outer circumferential side.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine fluidique à spirale qui permet de régler de manière appropriée le jeu à fond de dent entre un fond de dent et une pointe de dent présentant une section inclinée et d'obtenir ainsi les performances souhaitées. La machine à fluide à spirale est pourvue d'une section inclinée dans laquelle la distance entre les surfaces en regard d'une plaque d'extrémité (3a) d'une spirale fixe et d'une plaque d'extrémité d'une spirale rotative qui se font face diminue de façon continue depuis le côté circonférentiel externe vers le côté circonférentiel interne. Le jeu à fond de dent à température ambiante entre une pointe de dent d'un corps de paroi (5b) de la spirale rotative et un fond de dent de la plaque d'extrémité (3a) de la spirale fixe faisant face à cette pointe de dent est plus grand sur le côté circonférentiel interne que sur le côté circonférentiel externe.
