Abstract:
(EN) This R-T-B sintered magnet includes a main-phase crystal and a grain-boundary phase, and includes 27.5-35.0 mass% of R (where R is at least one rare-earth element, necessarily including Nd and Pr), 0.80-1.05 mass% of B, 0.05-1.0 mass% of Ga, and 0-2 mass% of M (where M is at least one of Cu, Al, Nb, and Zr), the remainder being T (T is Fe or Fe and Co) and impurities. Pr/Nd, which is the ratio of the concentration of Pr to the concentration of Nd in the center section of the main-phase crystal grains positioned at a depth of 300 μm from the magnet surface, is less than 1; Pr/Nd, which is the ratio of the concentration of Pr to the concentration of Nd within the two-particle grain boundary positioned at a depth of 300 μm from the magnet surface, is greater than 1; and the magnet includes a portion in which the Ga concentration gradually decreases from the magnet surface toward the interior of the magnet.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un aimant fritté R-T-B qui comprend un cristal de phase principale et une phase de joint de grain, et comprend 27,5 à 35,0 % en masse de R (où R est au moins un élément terre rare, comprenant nécessairement Nd et Pr), 0,80 à 1,05 % en masse de B, 0,05 à 1,0 % en masse de Ga, et 0 à 2 % en masse de M (où M est au moins l’un parmi Cu, Al, Nb et Zr), le reste étant T (T étant Fe ou Fe et Co) et des impuretés. Pr/Nd, qui est le rapport de la concentration de Pr à la concentration de Nd dans la section centrale des grains cristallins de phase principale positionnés à une profondeur de 300 μm depuis la surface de l’aimant, est inférieur à 1 ; Pr/Nd, qui est le rapport de la concentration de Pr à la concentration de Nd dans le joint de grain de deux particules positionné à une profondeur de 300 µm depuis la surface de l’aimant, est supérieur à 1 ; et l’aimant comprend une partie dans laquelle la concentration de Ga diminue progressivement depuis la surface de l’aimant vers l’intérieur de l’aimant.
(JA) 本開示のR-T-B系焼結磁石は、主相結晶粒及び粒界相を含むR-T-B系焼結磁石であって、R:27.5質量%以上35.0質量%以下(Rは希土類元素うちの少なくとも一種であり、Nd及びPrを必ず含む)、B:0.80質量%以上1.05質量%以下、Ga:0.05質量%以上1.0質量%以下、M:0質量%以上2質量%以下(MはCu、Al、Nb、Zrの少なくとも一種)、残部T(TはFe又はFeとCo)及び不純物を含有する。磁石表面から300μmの深さに位置する前記主相結晶粒の中央部におけるNdの濃度に対するPrの濃度の比率であるPr/Ndは1より低く、磁石表面から300μmの深さに位置する二粒子粒界内のNdの濃度に対するPrの濃度の比率であるPr/Ndは1より高く、磁石表面から磁石内部に向かってGa濃度が漸減する部分を含む。
