Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an organic EL display device (50a) comprising an apparatus body that includes: a plurality of organic layers each made of an organic material and having a specific elastic modulus and a specific film thickness; and a plurality of inorganic layers each made of an inorganic material and having a specific elastic modulus and a specific film thickness, the plurality of organic layers and the plurality of inorganic layer being stacked, wherein the ratio, (the sum of the flexural rigidities of the plurality of inorganic layers)/[(the sum of the flexural rigidities of the plurality of organic layers) + (the sum of the flexural rigidities of the plurality of inorganic layers)], is 0.78-1.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique (50a) comprenant un corps d'appareil qui comprend : une pluralité de couches organiques constituées chacune d'un matériau organique et ayant un module élastique spécifique et une épaisseur de film spécifique ; et une pluralité de couches inorganiques constituées chacune d'un matériau inorganique et ayant un module élastique spécifique et une épaisseur de film spécifique, la pluralité de couches organiques et la pluralité de couches inorganiques étant empilées, le rapport, (la somme des rigidités de flexion de la pluralité de couches inorganiques) / [(la somme des rigidités de flexion de la pluralité de couches organiques) + (la somme des rigidités de flexion de la pluralité de couches inorganiques)], étant compris entre 0,78 et 1.
