Abstract:
(EN) The room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition for protecting electric/electronic parts, comprising: (A) an organopolysiloxane having a viscosity at 25°C of 20 to 1,000,000 mPa・s and having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydroxyl groups or silicon atom-bonded alkoxy groups in a molecule; (B) an alkoxysilane represented by the following general formula or a partial hydrolysis condensation product thereof: R1aSi(OR2)(4-a) wherein R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 1 to 12, R2 is an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1 to 3, and "a" is an integer of 0 to 2; (C) a mercaptobenzothiazole based compound; (D) zinc oxide powder and/or zinc carbonate powder; and (E) a catalyst for condensation reactions, can protect electric/electronic parts from corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide gas and sulfuric acid contained in the atmosphere.
(FR) La composition d'organopolysiloxane durcissable à température ambiante pour protéger des pièces électriques/électroniques comprend : (A) un organopolysiloxane ayant une viscosité à 25 °C de 20 à 1 000 000 mPa ∙ s et possédant au moins deux groupes hydroxyle liés à un atome de silicium ou des groupes alcoxy liés à un atome de silicium dans une molécule; (B) un alcoxysilane représenté par la formule générale suivante ou un produit de condensation d'hydrolyse partielle de celui-ci: R1 aSi(OR2)(4-a), R1 étant un groupe hydrocarboné monovalent possédant un nombre d'atomes de carbone compris entre 1 et 12, R2 étant un groupe alkyle possédant un nombre d'atomes de carbone compris entre 1 et 3, et "a" étant un nombre entier compris entre 0 et 2; (C) un composé à base de mercaptobenzothiazole; (D) une poudre d'oxyde de zinc et/ou une poudre de carbonate de zinc; et (E) un catalyseur pour des réactions de condensation; cette composition peut protéger des pièces électriques/électroniques des gaz corrosifs tels que le sulfure d'hydrogène et l'acide sulfurique contenus dans l'atmosphère.
