A die 31 having a cavity 32, and a lower punch 41 fitted into the cavity 32 are divided and slid along a division plane 34 passing through the cavity 32 parallel to the fitting direction of the die 31 and the lower punch 41, whereby divided cavities 32A, 32B are placed in a state of alignment along the division plane 34, the divided cavities 32A, 32B are each filled with a raw material powder, and the die 31 and the lower punch 41 are then slid along the division plane 34, whereby the divided cavities 32A, 32B are combined as the original cavity 32, and the raw material powder in the cavity 32 in the combined state is compressed by an upper punch and the lower punch 41.

Selon la présente invention, une matrice 31 ayant une cavité 32, et un poinçon inférieur 41 ajusté dans la cavité 32 sont divisés et coulissent le long d'un plan de division 34 traversant la cavité 32 parallèlement à la direction d'ajustement de la matrice 31 et du poinçon inférieur 41, grâce à quoi des cavités divisées 32A, 32B sont placées dans un état d'alignement le long du plan de division 34. Les cavités divisées 32A, 32B sont remplies chacune d'une poudre de matière première, et la matrice 31 et le poinçon inférieur 41 sont ensuite glissés le long du plan de division 34, moyennant quoi les cavités divisées 32A, 32B sont combinées pour former la cavité d'origine 32, et la poudre de matière première dans la cavité 32 à l'état combiné est comprimée par un poinçon supérieur et le poinçon inférieur 41.

キャビティ32を有するダイ31と、キャビティ32内に嵌合される下パンチ41とを嵌合方向に平行でキャビティ32を通る分割面34に沿って分割してスライドさせることにより、分割された分割キャビティ32A,32Bを分割面34に沿って並んだ状態としておき、これら分割キャビティ32A,32Bに原料粉末をそれぞれ充填した後、分割面34に沿ってダイ31及び下パンチ41をスライドさせることにより、分割キャビティ32A,32Bを元のキャビティ32に組み合わせ、その組み合わせた状態のキャビティ32内の原料粉末を上パンチと下パンチ41とで圧縮する。
