Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a flame-retardant resin composition which contains: a base resin configured from polyethylene and an acid-modified polyolefin; aluminum hydroxide; a silicone compound; and a fatty acid-containing compound. Therein: the polyethylene density is more than 912.4 kg/m3 and less than 940.0 kg/m3; the polyethylene content in the base resin constitutes 75-99 mass%, inclusive; the acid-modified polyolefin content in the base resin constitutes 1-25 mass%, inclusive; the aluminum hydroxide is formulated in a proportion constituting 5-190 parts by mass, inclusive, relative to 100 parts by mass of the base resin; the silicone compound is formulated in a proportion constituting 1.5-10 parts by mass, inclusive, relative to 100 parts by mass of the base resin; and the fatty acid-containing compound is formulated in a proportion constituting 5-20 parts by mass, inclusive, relative to 100 parts by mass of the base resin.
(FR) L’invention fournit une composition de résine ignifuge qui contient : une résine de base configurée par un polyéthylène et une polyoléfine modifiée par un acide ; un hydroxyde d’aluminium ; un composé silicone ; et un composé comprenant un acide gras. La densité du polyéthylène est supérieure à 912,4kg/m et inférieure à 940,0kg/m. La teneur en polyéthylène dans la résine de base est supérieure ou égale à 75% en masse et inférieure ou égale à 99% en masse. La teneur en polyoléfine modifiée par un acide dans la résine de base est supérieure ou égale à 1% en masse et inférieure ou égale à 25% en masse. L’hydroxyde d’aluminium est mélangé selon une proportion de 5 parties en masse ou plus à 190 parties en masse ou moins pour 100 parties en masse de résine de base. Le composé silicone est mélangé selon une proportion de 1,5 partie en masse ou plus à 10 parties en masse ou moins pour 100 parties en masse de résine de base. Le composé comprenant un acide gras est mélangé selon une proportion de 5 parties en masse ou plus à 20 parties en masse ou moins pour 100 parties en masse de résine de base.
