Abstract:

(EN)Structured light projector and method for use in 3D scanning are presented. The projector comprises an optical device configured and operable as a structured light generator to produce at least one structured light pattern, the optical device comprising a light source unit configured and operable to generate one or more light beams along predetermined one or more optical paths, and a diffractive optical unit accommodated in the one or more optical paths and comprising a resonance-domain diffractive optical element (RDDOE) having a predetermined operative wavelength range and being configured and operable as a beam shaper for the one or more light beams to thereby create the at least one structured light pattern. The method comprises successively projecting a sequence of different structured light patterns onto the object according to a predetermined time pattern, processing a sequence of image data pieces corresponding to the different structured light patterns enable reconstructing a 3D image of the object.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un projecteur de lumière structurée et un procédé destiné à être utilisé dans un balayage 3D. Le projecteur comprend un dispositif optique conçu et exploitable en tant que générateur de lumière structurée pour produire au moins un motif de lumière structurée, le dispositif optique comprenant une unité de source de lumière conçue et exploitable pour générer un ou plusieurs faisceaux lumineux le long d'un ou de plusieurs trajets optiques prédéfinis, et une unité optique de diffraction logée dans ledit trajet optique et comprenant un élément optique diffractif de domaine de résonance (RDDOE) ayant une plage de longueurs d'onde fonctionnelles préétablie et étant conçu et exploitable en tant que dispositif de mise en forme de faisceau destiné audit faisceau lumineux pour créer ainsi ledit motif de lumière structurée. Le procédé comprend respectivement la projection d’une séquence de différents motifs de lumière structurée sur l'objet selon un motif temporel prédéfini et le traitement d'une séquence d’éléments de données d'image correspondant aux différents motifs de lumière structurée permettant de reconstruire une image 3D de l'objet.
